Commercial Claim Correction FAQ

Disputes, reconciliation, corrections and settlement documentation.

What does a commercial claim record mean?

It records a claim asserted by a business creditor. It is not, by itself, a court finding or proof of liability, default or unlawful conduct.

How can a company dispute or correct a record?

An authorised company representative may submit contracts, correspondence, payment records, settlement evidence or a formal clarification through the resolution and correction process.

What happens when a claim is paid or settled?

Material evidence is reviewed and the relevant record may be updated or removed according to the applicable process.

Does a correction request admit liability?

No. A request to correct an entity name, amount, date, status or other factual detail is not treated as an admission.

Are individuals identified in the commercial register?

No. The register is limited to legal entities and does not publish individual profiles in connection with commercial claims.
